Hello, I was advised by staff on Discord/support that I am affected by the known Legendary Beast Birth Island bug. I completed the Legendary Beasts quest and caught Suicune, but I am still missing Raikou and Entei. I used a Mysterious Ticket to travel to Birth Island, but I received Salamence instead of one of the remaining Legendary Beasts. I have already released the Salamence. Staff advised me to interact with Suicune next to the Guardian boss again to fix the issue. So I returned to the boss area and interacted with Suicune. A dialogue appeared, and after I proceeded through it, Suicune disappeared. Could you please check my account and refund the Mysterious Ticket that was used when Salamence spawned? Is it possible that after getting all the crystals, there is a chance that you are missing the required crystals to unlock the secret or normal room? Because I dug all the holes, collected all the crystals and I didn't have the one right and had to give up the quest.
