Yes and its empty =(, what it hurts more is that my cousin bought also the mount at the same time, and he got straight it after the confirmation.

And so i went to the shop, double click on Shiny Glaceon(just to make sure i clicked right), click on Buy, saw the coins getting spend, the confirmation pop up showed up, clicked "OK". And so the begging of the problem show up with a mensagem of "You dont have enough coins", went to the backpack to confirm if i had the mount, and i didnt. What have you already tried to solve the problem? I tried to rellog into the game and see if the coins or mount shows on my bags, but it didnt and the coins its stil at 0. Didn't try to refund the money, only as last resort i will do it.
