Hi Norex, I have 3 empty slot when trading Feebas. I don't think this is my issue but thank for your help anyway

This is my Feebas, I trade it when it hold Prism Scale but it does not work. I read the information in https://wiki.pokemonrevolution.net/index.php?title=Feebas and it said that "It evolves into Milotic when traded while holding a Prism Scale", not mention about other status. Please help me check it or it is too ugly to evolve :)))))))
