I didn't revoke or alter his bid. It was more like a "misclick", i edited the post 1 minute after posting. This is my second forum bid ever and you're already forcing me to definitely leave the forum and keep completing my deals using in-game chat. -

Hi, i just defeated hoenn e4 and i'm unable to start the teleport quest... I'm in mauville city and after speaking with the security guard, there aren't NPCs in new mauville / power plant. In the power plant, there are 2 electrified barriers and i'm stucked... Do i have to unlock kanto subway to start hoenn teleport quest ? Is it a bug or i'm missing something to unlock the teleport quest ? EDIT: SOLVED
