Hi, can evolve data be lost some how. I remember having more than 150 evolves to unlock Dragon Shrine, but now it's 147

Thank you, Suzu I think my problem is just that I don't understand why speed didn't pass properly, as it could make/ made me lose other boss fights. If this is intended then I'll have to change my boss team.

Hi, I'm trying to fight Lance in my clone account to unlock Cerulean Cave, using a baton pass team. But it seems that speed isn't getting passed at all, because at +6 Speed my Gyarados is still slower than every single member of Lance's team (Altaria, Hydreigon, Salamance, Flygon, couldn't get to Garchomp). Attack seems to not be passed as well, though I'm not sure about this, I couldn't one shot Hydreigon with 1 Avalanche. I encountered the same problem with Prof. Birch in hard mode where my Gyarados couldn't outspeed his Swellow even at +6 Speed, Lance (Dragon Shrine), Neroli, Prof. Oak. Attack and Speed seem to be passed just fine in most other bosses I fight. Is this a feature or is there something wrong. I'd really like to know what's going on.
Oh I thought I was supposed to talk to the security officer in the poke center to start the quest. I talked to Watson and started the quest successfully, thank you and sorry for asking without proper research.I just beat E4 in Hoenn and am trying to do transportation quest and cannot bring the electric barriers down. I have read a few guides about this and it seem that there should be some aqua grunts here for me to beat to disable the barriers, but i don't see any. Am I doing something wrong here, or did i miss any step in the quest? Please help!
