ahh i see my problem i thought was night time i didnt know was day time i will try when it is day thank you so much sir

i have a 100 level sneasel hisui that wont evolve with mysterious candy. ive tried fainting it.. ive tried reopening client.. i even tried the candy on a regular level 100 sneasel non hisui version and it worked on it.. what am i doing wrong
