Hello @Ashketchum6149 I'm sorry for the inconvenience unfortunately We only de-evolve pokemon in very special circumstances and we are unable to do so in this instance. You will have to catch another female Snorunt in the wild you can find their spawns on your ingame dex as well as here or try to buy one here on the forums or in game trade chat to get your Froslass. Once you get another female Snorunt then when you use a Dawn Stone on it, you do not need to level it up. Once again sorry for this, I hope you understand and this response finds you well.
