Apologies for the issue you are encountering.
Can you please try to download the Legacy version instead? Can be found in Android download section.
Once you have downloaded this one, be sure to disable the setting "Stream Music" from the sound setting.

Apologies for the issue you are dealing with.
You will have to reset your client by closing the game, it is a known issue.

We are aware of this bug since the new christmas client release, DEV team are working on a fix and it will require a new client update.
Cant give an ETA when it will be fixed but you should check PRO announcement discord channel to know when it will be fixed!
