Hello @Blackrpg! First Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. Unfortunately due to a issue with pokedex seen data getting removed, you encountered this problem. But sorry to tell you that we dont offer this service to restore a lose seen data, you will have to catch a new Froakie and evolving it back to get the seen data again. Here is the current spawn where you can get Froakie: -Eumi Island theme Park 3. To be able to access this island, you will require to be done with Manaphy quest which can be found in Lilycove City in Hoenn, more informations can be found there ! If you are done with the quest, you will require to talk with the NPC called Sailor Jacob which is at Lilycove City Port. Once you there, you go north and right and there you are at Froakie spawn. You require caught data which mean you require to catch them and having the little pokeball icon next to pokedex data!

To answer your question about Eon Duo quest, it is because you require all the Hoenn-non-legendary caught data which is something you dont meet the requirements yet! To be able to pick one of the Eon Duo, you will require to catch all the Hoenn pokemon! Once you done with that, you good to go! Hope it clears your question! Take care, Zarachi

Hello @Xfs96! Apologies for the issue you are dealing with. For your informations the seen data of Kyogre, Groudon is not in the Team Magma and Aqua Hideout! To be able to get the seen data of Groudon you will require to to fight Maxie boss in Terra Cave which is accesible from the Origin Cave in Sootopolis. The only requirement for this is : To be able to challenge Maxie to a battle, the player must have completed the Hoenn League, have a full set of level 100 Pokémon in the lineup, and have the bare minimum of at least 50 hours since entering the Hoenn region. You can found informations about your hours by talking to Prof Birch in starting town! For Kyogre, same spot and same requirements as Groudon in the Origin Cave but at Marine Cave You cant miss the 2 Cave since it is just 2 stair you have to take to be able to get the 2 seen data! Hello once again! I see, I did restore a Dragonite H.A and 2/3 Gyarados moxie level 97! Other than that, there is no more pokemon I see which are around these level. Hello @Aileenmidna! Apologies for your issue. From what I see, your Nidoking doesnt meet the requirements to use dig which require 150 happiness. To know how many happiness you have, you should use the command "/happy" and the spot of the pokemon he is in your party. For example there since you Nidoking is in the 6th spot, the command will be : /happy 6 and press enter. Now how to gain happiness ? - You could use the groomer which can be found in Cerulean House (left house of the PokeShop to be more precise) - Fainting wild pokemon in the wild, you gain 1 happiness per kill and 2 with the Soothe Bell item, which can be obtained in different way! Also keep in mind to be able to trigger the Indigo Plateau dig, you will have to speak with a Dugtrio which will allow you to use dig from Route 22 to Indigo Plateau. To be able to fix this issue, what I recommend you to do is to pess your F2 keyboard key, type the command "clean reg" and press the enter key, it will fix your issue even if game is not load as the issue you encounter show. Hello @Blackrpg! Apologies for the issue you are encountering and Thanks for your report! The issue is known but unfortunately not possible to change it with the way how Waterfall work currently. What I recommend you to do when going into a waterfall is to use a repel to not trigger a fight versus a wild pokemon. Starting Truck located in Littleroot Town. Route 103 on the water. New Mauville in the upper right corner of the building. Weather Institute second floor. Mt. Chimney at the reactor located in the northwest. Meteor Falls B1F 2R. Mt.Pyre Exterior. Lilycove Department Store on the rooftop. Abandoned Ship. Hoenn Safari Zone 2 House. As stated by the TV it means you still need to get the Eon seen data. Let me know if you see a Latias in one of these spots. Take care, Zarachi

Hello @Diobe! Apologies for the issue you are dealing about your pc shutdown during a move learn.. Unfortunately, we dont offer account reset or any sort. What I recommend you is to either get a Grass/Water pokemon, there is many grass and water type at the start of the journey, you can found more informations about spawn via either wiki page or Reborn bot in your official discord server! Keep in mind that in the next city, there will be a move relearner which allow you to re-learn move you forgot or missed, it will be a fee cost of 2.000 pokedollars! For future reference, if you wanna restart your journey for unknown reason, you can either join the other server, they are two different data or you can create a new account with the same email if you want, you are free to create 4 accounts per player as stated in your Game-Rules ! Are you fighting the Kyurem in the forest and not the one in "Enyor Island Clearing" where you require 3 dark type in your party ? Same applies for Joey one, this one is not catchable! The one you need to catch is in the northest of Enyor Island Forest in front of the cave entrance! Waiting for an answer in your part! Very Respectfully, Zarachi
