Oops nevermind, I just connected to the Red server and everything is the way it was. But still, if I connect to the Blue server, will it start a brand new game?

I was battling Joseph or whatever the rival's name was (sorry I can't remember names very well) and the game froze so I logged out. What have you already tried to solve the problem? I tried logging into the Blue server, but whenever I do that, it brings me to Professer Oak and acts like I'm new to the game... Description and Message Is this normal? Or has my acount really started over? If so, I really don't think I'm going to start a new game... I had a lot of time put into that account.
