  1. Dear support, I found a new bug where i am stuck in Hoopa Dungeon and now i m stuck. I was going with my friend and my alt account in the party for rewards. After the dungeon i wanted to get the rings we found in it and enterd the dungeon with my alt account. First everything was normal and i enterd the rooms. When all other accounts left the dungeon the game buged and lagged then the dungeon changed and i m stuck. At first Groudon was the first floor and Palkia the second and then both floors are level 35-39, so both are "second" floor? When i walk arround every room is not down and there are doors i cant enter even though they are visuable. i also cant go back becasue when i surrender i get teleported to start of Groudon room and when i enter the portal i get teleported to palkia boss room. i cant search for the start becasue all doors are locked or i cant walk trough them. If i surrender i get in a loop betwen groundon start room and palkia boss room and i dont have escape ropes to teleport back. can someone help me and teleport me out of the dungeon. Nox7
