OK, seriously, enough of the internet lawyer BS too, none of you have any clue what so ever about what you are talking about. This game is a clear violation whether it charges or not. It is an explicit copy of an established IP, without permission, and there doesn't need to be any gain what so ever for it to be a violation of that IP. That's how copyright works, so step out of your fantasy lands. Any who, the only time that matters is when the C&D letters come in and how the service intends to respond, in which I hope they have IP unfriendly hosts that won't comply and I hope they do not either. Nintendo needs to be reminded that their fans have unmet wants. Regardless, if anyone had such an issue with the minimal downtime then they shouldn't have payed for anything. The game is free, you had more than 1 opportunity to see the state of it before purchase, cut the whining and grow up.

I got one better, I expect to see a program, Java or C#, with a login system, client/server software, multi-platform, and just capable of allowing a user to login and be provided a fibonacci sequence based on the position in the sequence they provide from anyone complaining from this point forward. Source must be included. Unless you can make that extremely simple program with that incredibly simple structure then just stfu and quit. If you cant do this, which is basic networking and even more basic code, something which people I have taught could do in a months time of learning, then you have no clue what you are talking about, what it takes to maintain such a massive project, you have no right to complain, and should just leave.

This needs to be said, if people actually answered questions in the help chat with the diligence they have to jump on any opportunity to backseat moderate the help chat might actually be useful. Now, can we please get a rule about backseat moderating? Its destructive, vile, and toxic. 1 misplaced question is met with 100 5 year olds wanting to inflate their ego by trying to enforce the rules or harass someone over them. Half the time they do not even know the rules themselves! An example would be the absolute strait harassment my brother received over a twiitch link, which he had to go to a moderator to be told the kiddies were just full of crap. This issue is getting extraordinarily annoying and it is outright disrespectful to the staff and to the other players. I'm thinking a few of these kiddies need to be reminded of their place in the world.

If you have an item on your hot bar and drag it onto the chat bar and possibly other areas the game keeps a null item on your bar that cannot be replaced with any other item that just looks like a blank square. The issue is probably a result of an error in the drag/drop action that causes the item to error out and leaving a null object, or an object that isnt any longer properly defined, in it's place with no icon, text, or image. It looks empty but it is not as nothing will go in the slot again. What have you already tried to solve the problem? Implement phasing. The amount of people in an area makes it terribly cluttered and confusing, especially with story events. Simple implementation. Take each individual area, group players into 25's or other numbers, with a system that iterates through phase group lists and consolidates groups. Phasing only needs to affect displayed chars. Groups, guilds, and such can keep specified players in specified groups in specified phases.
