Hey Noxious, after i had re connected i believe because i may have been in a encounter with another pokemon and had disconnected it teleported me to the last visited pokecentre which for me was Viridian City thats what had me a bit confused aswell, as i thought in the case of a server disconnect my bug catching event would forcefully end and allow me to submit my pokemon that i had already caught but this was not the case. I very much appreciate you looking into this for me and i am excited to hear your response! Thanks again, Jay

during my bug catching contest at 9:37am (EST) 8/11/2020, the servers dced (not my client side) and made me lose my one chance at finally getting the wings because my luck has been terrible i attached the screenshot of my pokemon i caught which would have easily given me the win, can this please be resolved or something cause its so frustrating that i am going to have to wait another day to even attempt it which i wont even get another pokemon with similar points to win it again. could you please like teleport me to the rewards area where i can get my pokemon evaluated and my prize given accordingly. stuff like this makes me allways worried to engage in any content that is locked behind a daily/weekly cooldown. Please could i get helped out this one time.
