Why the npcs are missing? Also cant pass the cave.

Where is that npc? sprout tower is in voilet city SAGE only has level 12pokes, which npc do i have to find? :O

Ekans, Sandshrew, Sandslash, Poliwag, Doduo, Cubone, Wooper, Murkrow, Dunsparce, Phanpy, Lotad? found out that hipo shows twice, thats why i got two question marks :P thanks for the help!

Ekans, Sandshrew, Sandslash, Poliwag, Doduo, Cubone, Wooper, Murkrow, Dunsparce, Phanpy, Lotad? got them all :O im missing two pokes, one is hipo and second one no idea :X
