I also think the hook rate needs to be raised significantly. I just wasted the whole day, trying to catch a Relicanth. With the curent hook rate it is virtually imposible to catch a tier 8 pokemon. I fished for nearly 8 hours and hooked about 100 pokemon, and of ourse no Relicanth.

I just developed my chansey into blissey. Th discord dex said, chansey need to hold an oval stone and have 220 happiness during the day to develop. But my chansey developed in the morning without leveling up, when hitting 255 happiness and holding an oval stone.

So, today i installed and briefly tested the new linux client an did not find any issues. I'm opening this thread for one purpose only: I want to say THANK YOU. I apreciate the incredible work you do on this game and i was rediculously happy when i saw the new linux client. It ook some work to get it to work (but that was due to issues with my rather old grafic card and had nothing to do with the game) So, again, THANK YOU for the brilliant work you do.

Never mind. After setting up a new wineprefix it works again.

I play through wine staging. After the last patch, my ingame screen looks like this... Is there something i can do?

I encountered it at Mt. Pyre Exterior about halfway to the top. Since then i had this problem with another rare pokemon (this time is saw that the pokemon used selvehurting techniqe after i used false swipe) so the probability, that i just missed it with the Growlithe, is about 99.9%. Sorry for the trouble.

That i'm not sure about. Hmmm, i didn't even thnk about that possibility.

OK, i understand. Though i have to say, the biggest challenge on mt. pyre was, that my game froze while batling. So i needed about 20 tries. Otherwise it would have beena breeze... ;)

Hello, im not sure if this was meant, when you said we shouldn't report bugs pertaining to moves, but since this really pissed me of, i have to repaort it: I came across a shiny Growlithe and used (lik always when i want to catch a pokemon) False Swipe. But instead of reducing the HP to 1 the Growlith died.

Hello, i play o Linux, so i am aware taht there is no sence in reporting the game freezing, but in connection with this, there is another bug. So, i played Mt. Pyre and while battling the first oponent on Mt Pyree Exterior, the game froze. After relogging none of the following oponents gave exp or money.

He , i use the Windows 32bit client via wine staging 5.3 I tried using .Net 4.5 and 4.8 The game freezes very often while battling, catching Pokemon and also while just walking. Is there anything i can do? Thanks Everytime it freezes, i get this line on my console: (Filename: currently not available on il2cpp Line: -1)

So, like the title said, i was about to catch mew and when i tried to use an attack, the game crashed and when i logged back in, i was at the last pokecenter and lapras wa gone.Is there anything to be done?

Strategy against Deoxys: Use a Pokemon with suckerpunch. You will always get one attack in, then revive it while another poemon in your team gets defeated (or use another with the same attack), and so on.....
