First of all sorry if this doesn't go here! Second of all I logged into Pokemon Revolution for the first time in two years today. I found myself in the Pokecenter of Route 3 but I had no Pokemon or Pokedex and my inventory was empty except for a red headset. I also thought the last time I had played I had bought the Arcanine mount but I didn't see it (I could be misremembering buying it but I don't think I'd buy just a red set and nothing else) If I try to move on from that spot I just get jerked back to the pokemon center when something enters me in combat. I figured maybe there was a reset or something but I don't know for sure. I play on the Red server and I checked the other two to be sure there was nothing there. According to my account stats I only played for a little over 2 hours so starting over isn't a big deal, it's just a bummer to lose stuff I had previously paid for, you know?
