  1. I'm Australian, and the reason I turn my modem off/on so much is, I dont use a standard to the house modem. I'm using internet from a 'pocketwifi' little extra modem which comes in tandem with a phone in the same plan, using 4G. So I don't always have it turned on.
  2. Further Update. I just had another user login through my details, and he could log in... So I tried forcibly changing my ip to a different static ip address, didn't work, and then changed it back, and it still didn't work. I'm out of ideas...
  3. Currently Yellow, but I do also have an account on the Blue server.
  4. I just tried resetting my router, but, I turn it on/off everyday, still couldn't get on. Also, yes, sadly I have checked that page a lot, and it always just has the basic messages, saying everything is active, no mention of bans or suspensions on the page at all...
  5. Thank you Shamac for the help, Unfortunately I am still "banned" :/... I just checked to see if I am using a proxy, I don't use one. I always play at home, never anywhere else, in which I was playing about 2 days ago perfectly fine, and I don't think it would be my provider because it probably wouldn't have allowed me to log in at all in the first place. Sorry to be a pain, if you find anything else that might help, just let me know I guess. Thanks again
  6. I play using internet from a 4G wireless little extra pocket modem used in tandem with a phone, which I turn off/on multiple times during the day. I have very little idea on how Ip's work, only heard them mentioned throughout multiple games Ive played. I myself have never messed around with ip's and ports etc. Is there anything I could do to get unbanned? :/
  7. Hello Pro Forums, again... This is the third time I have posted about this very same bug. It was resolved momentarily, for about a week, but is now back again, and I still cannot understand why. When I try to log into PRO, it tells me that I have been banned, yet when I check my active accounts, there is no mention of a ban or suspension, no reason, no time frame, nothing. I don't exactly know why I was unbanned for a while, but I am apparently now "banned" again.. I don't think this is a problem on my end either, as there would be no explanation as to why I could play for a while, get banned and then unbanned, and now banned again?? I would love some help on this issue, as I just cannot play for around 3 days at a time.... Thank you again
  8. Update: I don't exactly know what just happened, whether the moderators have read this thread or my supposed 'suspension' just ran out, but I am now unbanned. Thank you for all your help Piine, you're a legend.

I am not entirely sure I'm understanding all of what you're saying correctly, because it is all very new to me, but I don't think that it is a problem on my end, because if I had a static ip, what would have changed between logging on 2 days ago and now? I'm almost certain the system has banned me officially, I am just not sure what for because there is no record of me being banned on the website.
  10. Thank you so much for looking into this Piine. Im not entirely sure, but I do not think I am using a VPN/Proxy, as I barely understand anything to do with private networks, and I did appeal in the discipline appeal thread, but due to it being a ban related issue, I assume the moderators are seeing this issue as me just appealing for an ordinary ban for using a cheat engine etc, and therefore not paying much attention. Thank you again for helping, is there anything more I can do from my end? I also do not mean to come across aggressive, I just wish to resolve the issue so I can get back to playing the game. Thanks again.
  11. Hi again general support thread. This is the third post I have made for this problem, as the other two keep getting locked, as such, please Do Not Lock this thread as the help provided previously did not help the situation. I am encountering a bug, where the Client is telling me that my account is banned from PRO. Even though on the official website, and forums, it is telling me that all accounts are active and I have no bans. I cannot see why I am banned, for how long or if I am banned or suspended. I don't think I have broken any rules and I do not use any third party software, which I do not know how to provide evidence of because the discipline appeal only describes that I must provide evidence, it does not say how. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and once again, please do not lock this thread, or at least message me privately, because the discipline appeal is not being responded too, and there is no other way I can appeal for help on this situation.... Thank you again.
  12. Hello, I am making this post as more of a reply to another now locked post, even though I know I shouldn't talk about ban related topics on the general support page as I am encountering a bug. I was linked to this page h t t p://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/ to see the duration of my suspension or ban on my account, which was very helpful but I had already looked over this page, and the only information on the page is saying that everything is active on all servers, as if there is no ban, yet the client is still saying that I have been banned... I'm sorry for making a second thread, but I just do not know what to do, as the other thread was locked and there is no way for me to see my ban reason or ban length. Thanks Again
  13. I know I am not allowed to mention bans in this forum, but I would just like to know how long suspensions last, as there is no information on it on the website that I can find. Thank you
