    I have a question. I took a a few months break from this game and I used to play it on my Kindle Fire HD. I pick it back up and it tells me the game is out of date. Is it still playable on my Kindle or not. It would seriously be a huge shame if it isn't.

    On which server issue happened: RED

     

    What have you done before the problem was there?

    Well, before the new update I've always just logged in and everything was fine. But I try to click on the new download and I get a message telling me how the server is currently downward that I cannot download the game until further notice. I was just wondering if it was that way to all Android devices or is it just mine?

     

    What have you already tried to solve the problem?

    I'm not really sure what I can do to solve the problem.

    which client do u use? and which server do u connect to and what time?

    I use version 0.94 (the only one you can play with), Red Server at 21.00 GMT+1 (Italy), but I don't think this is useful.

     

    ok i tried connecting through the college wifi and it connected and worked seamlessly. Is it necessary to have a fast wifi connection for it to connect to the server. my home wifi is running at 20 mbps(does not connect) and my college runs at 50 mbps(connects). could this difference be the cause for not connecting?

     

    Most definitely. My school Wifi is much faster than my house and I never freeze at school. Once I get home, thugh, i freeze about 1-2 an hour. Wifi speed has a lot to do with it and it takes up a lot of it.

    If you have any friends who are able to battle with you, I would suggest Pm'ing them and explain the situation at hand. Battle them and make sure that you purposely loose. You will be spawned in the last Pokemon Center you were in. I once got stuck in a wall (Glitch I presume) and that's what I had to do and it worked. Also, if you have an escape rope you might want to try that also.

    There's a lot of things that influence what stats you get when you finally overcome the odds and receive a pokemon at level 100. Say you have a Salamence, and you decide to battle someone else's level 100 Salamence. Your Salamence uses Dragon Claw and takes half of the opponents HP away. In return, the other Salamence uses Dragon Claw as well and takes all of your Salamence's HP away. "What gives? Shouldn't the attacks do the same amount of damage?" Well, no. More than likely, the Salamence that got knocked out probably had lower HP and Special Defense than usual, along with Special Attack. This is influenced by a lot of values, but in particular, Individual Values.

     

    Individual Values have the most influence on any stat of any pokemon. It's what makes every single pokemon unique and have different stats. Say we have the mega-defensive bug type, Shuckle, and it's EV trained in both defense and special defense and it's at level 100, and a neutral nature. If we look at the base stats for this pokemon's defense and special defense, they both say 230, so you'd figure there wouldn't be much of a difference, right? Well, in reality, there can be a pretty wide difference. At level 100, this Shuckle has a defense stat that is 466, and a Special Defense stat equaling 542. Quite a wide difference there, about 80 points separated. A person using this Shuckle had better watch out for attack based moves if they are relying on defense.

     

    As for technical information pertaining to Individual Values, the equation for it will –usually- give a number between 0 and 31. Keep in mind that the equation's we have to the IV's are not the same as in the game, but they are extremely close. With these equations, it's best to calculate it closest to level 50 as possible for accurate results. If you're looking to calculate a pokemon's IVs that you have trained, then hopefully you know the Effort Points it gained. If you don't then the math will be completely inaccurate if you just stick the stats in the equation. If you don't already know, Hidden Power is calculated completely on IV's.

     

     

    It's mainly just used for PVP battles! Hope this helps! <3

    An additional 1k is added for every 3 levels during EV training! (This is not included if you get the leveling up package along with this.)

     

    1-60 = 500 per level

    61-70 = 1k per level

    71-90 = 2.5 per level

    91-98 = 4k per level

    99-100 = 7k base

     

    With second form Pokemon, there is an additional 20% increase to the leveling up portion.

    With third form Pokemon, there is an additional 40% increase to the leveling up portion.
