There's a boss page. In Johto in the Dragon's Cave, Lance will be there. You will have to battle and defeat him and then you will be allowed in Cerulean Cave. I also suggest going and fighting other bosses and visiting the islands.

How do I find hats and apparel for your character?

I'm new and also when i'm done loading the queue on both servers it goes away and nothing happens.....I'm really confused right now. I need help!
