In Sinnoh Mt. Coronet South when interacting with Zubat it just says "NPC Message". I assume this was a placeholder that wasn't fixed.

Anyone know good spots in Hoenn to level up Pokémon? (don't have access to Victory Road yet)

I'm trying to catch an Abra, after 30 minutes I finally got one and used Mean Look on him with my Zubat but it just teleported away. Does Mean Look work differently on PRO?
