Lostelle

Hello, I've recently came back to the game after 4 years and I left off in Johto. I have two Pokemon stuck in my party from Kanto, and I can't remove them. I would like them deposited to the PC if possible. I am playing on the Silver server. In the screenshot I'm in the Pokemon Center outside of Union Cave. Thank you for the help in advance!
