no i did not used outrage, i used dragon claw. and yes i didnt swap it and yes those things happened with my opponent using prankster sableye. also, how u explain mew hitting before aqua jet with psychic ? what about clefable hitting first with moonblast in many ocasion against speedy pkmn ? this only happened with me ?

weird things aways happens when u battling VS a prankster Sableye, and no one says nothing.

also there is no explanation why manytimes clefable with 140 speed uses moonblast first then speedy pokemon that are not using decrease priority move

today this happened in pvp : my dragonite with 242 speed + 2x Dragon Dance -VS- Starmie the starmie hit me first with rapid spin. !?!?!? in the same pvp battle, my azumarill -VS- Mew i used aqua jet and the mew hitted first with psychic. ?!?! i battled with the same guy like 3 times and thing like that happened in all 3 battles. what is happening? am i missing something ?
