You can obtain goodra by trading with an npc in sevii island :) I know bro, but i like to evolve my pokes from the start till the end. You know what i mean ? I understand this game is still in beta, so i gotta be patient and focus on something else ;).

I had a lvl 60 sliggoo, lvl him up to lvl 61, while it was raining at blackthorn and he didnt evolved. What have you already tried to solve the problem?
