On top of that, Red has also purposely kept the spawn rates of Common, Uncommon, and Rare Pokemon a secret. The same with MS pokemon spawn rates I beleive.

Yes, there is no current ETA. All we can do is wait until Shane decides to write the code for it.

Maybe Shinx only spawn during certain times of the day. Consult your pokedex for more information.
