Thanks @Epithet. Should I expect any sort of resolution, or just go about my business assuming that prize is gone? Is it best to avoid doing the reporter around midnight GMT in the future? I appreciate your help.

Hello Mods,

Today at ~4pm USA Pacific Time (UTC-7), I got my day 7 News Reporter assignment to bring a heracross. When I returned less than 2 hours later at ~5:45pm UTC-7, the reporter tells me that I have taken over 24 hours. I wonder if it has to do with 5pm (12pm GMT) corresponding to the start of a new day. As you can imagine, missing out on the 7-day reward is super disappointing.

[Thomas didn't spawn in dungeon of truth]

During our dungeon challenge, Thomas never spawned. Everyone in my group went to where we were told he would be both before and after beating shadow reshiram, but he never spawned. Now Adventurer Cletus says we saved everyone but Thomas. Super disappointing since the dungeon takes a lot of time and effort.

[First Poke Instantly Fainting, Unable to End Batle]

At the battle's start, my lead (ferrothorn) instantly fainted. I had not even chosen my first move yet, so it wasn't a display error. The battle continued as 6 vs 5 until I lost. At this point, the game didnt seem to recognize that I lost and my move timer counted down all the way to 0. The menu options still worked, but I could not switch any pokemon in (including ferrothorn). I was then given a 45 minute ban. Picture is of the battle end when I was forced to let it time out.
