  2. Hello @Kaboink. My apologies for the inconvenience. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, could you provide a screenshot of the error you get or of what happens when the game crashes?
  3. Hello @Kejan. Both these mounts, along with other rare mounts and cosmetics, can be obtained through PvP Chests. These chests are obtained by winning not Ranked and Random PvP matches. You earn x1 Chest for your first daily win on each mode, and then x1 Chest for every 2 Ranked wins (every 4 wins on Random battles). Keep in mind these mounts and cosmetics are totally random and quite rare. Let me know if you have further questions.
  4. Hello @Masterbroccoli. The in-game command to remove a guild member should apply to anyone, whether they’re online or not and whether they’re banned or not. Seems like you aren’t using the correct command. The command is /gkick <username>. Please try that and if it doesn’t work, please include a screenshot of what is displayed when you attempt it.

  9. Hello @Jianychta. According to our database, you mailed a Shovel to the account Annabell and then mailed another Shovel to the same account about an hour after the first one. Is this the person you intended to send it to or was it intended for someone else?
  10. Hello again. Exiting and re-entering New Mauville should fix the issue you’re having. Please try that and let me know if you are able to continue.
  11. Hello @Dihaz002. My apologies for the inconvenience. Currently there is a bug with loading music. A fix to this is in the works, but in the mean time you will have to make use of the temporary fix which is to mute the SFX and Music volume through Settings. Make sure both the boxes are ticked, as shown in the image below. This should stop the crashing. Try that and let me know if you continue to face any issues.
