Antrophy

So I've just got my 8th badge and tried the E4. It was way harder as I expected. Currently I got 2 lvl 80 pokemon (blastoise and gengar) I was wondering where is a good spot to train and what pokemon I should train to beat the E4.

Added the app "Pro" to acces through the firewall Description and Message So im a new player, but i noticed i can't come in game because of queue timers or the "ghost" queue timer. Is this normal? I tried to install it again, tried the pc of someone else and it gave the same long queue time.
