I know few posts ago someone made the same issue and moderator replied to him that was fixed (at 20/4) and he locked the thread assuming that was fixed.. but it wasnt, you can clearly watch next screenshots p.s: i have installed game in this computer just yesterday so , dont advice me to relog/clean reg/ cookies , etc...
