  1. Ok... I used to solve my problem... I figured out which email I used (must have misspelled it twice as I tried to reset my password...)... Now I was able to reset my password... Game is working now. Thanks for your help!
  2. Thats not possible, because I am not able to reset my password through the website... It says "The requested Username and Email does not exist.". So there is no mail I can confirm... I tried every email address that I have but no luck... I think my whole game-account is gone :Frown: which is confusing because I am still able to login successful at the forum with even that account...
  3. Yeah of course... I played for a month or so without problems... The credentials are the same as my forum account and I am able to login to the forum so they have to be correct... If I create a game account there is also a forum account with same credentials created, isn't it? So they are the same...
  4. PRO Username: makmakmak Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes On which server issue happened: BLUE What have you done before the problem was there? Updated client (MAC) and tried to login... What have you already tried to solve the problem? Reset password. But it does not work because website says no matching username + email found. So I am not able to reset my password. Tried to login at RED-Server... I am able to get queued but if the queue is finished I got the invalid user / password message also. Description and Message Hello, is there any chance that my account could be fixed? As I said: I tried with the same credentials on red server which works at least for getting in the queue... If the queue is 0 the message "Invalid Username or Password" occurs as too. On the BLUE server my credentials are not accepted at all and I am not able to get into the queue... Thanks for your help.
