I was thinking about this too since a bunch of people have an issue with accounts. I'll just wait to see if the Devs fix the issue. If not ill prob do what you are trying to do but with my Shiny Arcanine Mount :/ . Good luck bro on the membership transfer!

When I opened the client to put my info in and it said "logging in" it then said after, "Account not activated". Maybe I just need someone to send me an activation email to fix this issue.

Man one problem after another haha. Now when I go to create a new account with same name it says "Username in use" so then I went to change my password since the program recognizes my Username, but then it says "Username and Email does not exist". Now I have absolutely no clue what to do. xD

Sorry to bother you but after the server was "locked" like 30 mins ago and then unlocked it did the same thing again, "invalid user/password" ,should I create a new account with same name again or leave it alone for Shane to handle?

Oh and no I did not buy the membership, I got it for free due to being online in before release but lost it due to server crash.

Thanos, I did what you said (made a new account with the same name) and when I did that and logged in I lost my (given) membership and my just bought mount(bought it during the live beta but before the server crash). Can you or someone help me restore my progress, membership, and my mount?
