I am unable to log in because it says my username/password are incorrect but I know for sure that it's correct. And yes I looked at the email issue.

Please try these steps out and feel free to let us know if you need any additional assistance or if they work :) Hey thank you for replying so quickly! I did check my spam/junk and saw nothing. When I try to change the password in the "forgot password" area, it says the account/email doesn't connect either. Is there a way to contact staff so they can fix that? Thanks!

Hello! I made my friend a new account, and it won't let them log on. It says invalid username/password. I also didn't receive an email for the account but it said I registered it. Is this an issue around the server today?
