What have you already tried to solve the problem? Description and Message Dear mods/gms! Can we make the trade chat avaible from the 4th Kanto badge? Before that, you can't trade at all, but in the last days a lot of spammer came to server blue, and flood the chat with some "marry me" bulls... If we do this, he can't just make another acc, he need to play some nice hours before it. Thank you from a lot of ppl on the server.
