Seriously, just because you use less then the full six slots in your party, doesn't mean the level curve is ok for a full party team

I tend to use a full team of 6 pokemon to go through regions, like a normal Pokemon game, I understand that with 3 pokemon you can level easier, but there's 6 slots in your party for a reason.

Yeah, but thats only a work around, the region should be able to be done with pokemon YOU catch there without too much grinding, not so much that buying a lvl 100 is the best option to go through johto

Well with sinnoh just around the corner, i think its time to ask an important question. Which sinnoh starter will you guys be picking up? I 'm personally am gonna go for turtwig.

Completely agree, seeing as when i did johto i had to fish for hours for pokemon that give decent exp for the ghost gym.

First off, being worked on low priority Second off, i personally don't like megas and would rather have them not in the game (it wouldn't kill me though since i dont do pvp). Mega have, imo, helped along a problem in the pokemon series that has been evident since 5th gen even earlier, power creep. The fact that already powerful pokemon (lucario, garchomp, gengar, alakazam, gyrados just for example) can now obtain even more powerful forms feels like a cheap way to add "depth' to the meta. Not to mention the legendary megas that are op as hell. Mega-Rayquaza has its own teir in smogon due to how broken it it. Of course theres no way we would be even able to get the legendary megas (only legendaries that we could possible get even in the non mega forms would be the latis) but you get what i mean. Theres a reason Game Freak didn't add any new megas in the 7th gen games.

did you get the dragon rage tm from within the maze thats in viridian forest, that tends to help

The only reason a new server will ever be open is if the 3 servers that are here are full constantly. End of story. Sorry if you want one, it aint worth it.
