    Yeah. I guessed it was probably a problem with the game progresssion route. Maybe that's why it doesn't work. Thanks anyway.

    I am trying to get through dark cave south to reach some higher level pokemon as grinding is taking too long. I got everything I needed to progress through the dark cave; flash and rock smash. When I get to a certain point in the cave I get the messsage: "Hmm, better not roam too far in the darkness", even though I have flash active. I know you can get through as I have seen videos of people doing so.
