Have this problem aswell, one of the most annoying bugs, its not that they have 1hp left, you can hit them with a strong attack and they stay alive no matter what, happens to me when I am against NPC trainers. and have lost a couple of matches because of it. I understand that some pokemon have abilities like sturdy that keep them from dying, but the problem is pokemon with no hp left that dont faint and you have to hit them again to finish the battle. Its a bug thats most likely taking the abilities like sturdy and its being added to trainers pokemon by mistake.

Been playing for a few days now and my biggest problem is when an NPC pokemon uses stomp or bite, my pokemon always flinch and lose a go, and the NPC keeps using the same stomp or bite move over and over again making it impossible to beat them. As a new player it is really annoying, a level 19 ponyta was able to take out my entire team of level 20-25s by using stomp. Yet when I use stomp on NPCs or against trainers it doesn't have any effect on them. Major bug that would drive away new players.
