Description and Message I finally obteined eevee,but when he was evolving in espeon I unvolutary refused.There is a way my eevee can evolves in espeon again please.I didn't want to refuse :(

I was in Cerulean City and I talked with a sergent who asked me help and then talked about a evee but my team was full. I looked in Bill's box at the pokemon centre but evee there wasn't.
