  1. "Loading MAP" error

    Jaysavi posted a topic in Resolved General Support
    Tried to enter the cave right after Pewter city. Entered the cave, and phone went to black screen with, "Loading MAP" on the top left with a pokeball. I can hear the music still but it never goes back to letting me play. Ive kept my phone on the charger for hours and its not working still. Any tips to help?
