I want to share that I tried this boss with less hours, I got 126 hours in game time atm. <br/>
Although I had 6 lvl 100s, Also for the new boss Oak/Bruno I was able to do it.</r>

Hi, yes it is possible but there is some cooldown for it, the exact cooldown timers I don't know. But at least like 6 hours you got to wait before the icon comes back.

No, the only in game requirements are to have 100 hours of game time to make a guild.
Also to start a guild it costs 400.000 in game and can be set-up in one of the cities located in kanto.

Hi, I just made a quick example for a costume which I would like to see in game. I am not a graphical designer, but i thought to give it a shot with paint. This is not a serious submission to participate for the contest but I hope that someone will make such a costume.
I hope someone else can take over this idea to make an awesome pikachu costume for in game.
