  1. Best utility/catcher pokemon?

    So I thought smeargle would be best but just today learned that sketch is broken and doesn't let you learn moves. What do you think is the best utility pokemon and the best catcher pokemon? Do you know of any pokemon that can learn false swipe/spore or sleep powder/dig/ and headbutt?
