You know the funny part? All those people complaining about the Rattata, how high could they have leveled it in the time they spent complaining about it? Also, it is likely that the people complaining about the requirement now, would be the same people who would be in here complaining that Hoenn is absolutely overflowing with people and that they can't do anything.

Honestly, it'll probably disappear at some point. You can either level one up or wait currently. I don't know the reasoning behind it, but if I had to make a guess, I'd say that it was to keep everyone from entering Hoenn at one time to avoid server overloads and etc. Maybe I'm wrong, but if I have to level up a Rattata to 100, then I will lol

I wouldn't count on it. Johto is already set up so that you have to beat the Kanto E4 before you can head there, It's very unlikely that they changed how regions work. More than likely you'll need to complete Kanto and then Johto before you can visit Hoenn.

Pretty sure that Samsung devices limit your access to its RAM to 512 MB at any given time.

It sounds like an issue with the server if you ask me. Probably just needs restarted and there isn't anything you can do on your end.

I'm a little confused by what you mean? You tried to replace cut and it worked or didn't? Where can't you move out from? Have you tried to go to your backpack and relearn cut? Also, don't quote me on this. I read this somewhere and don't know if it is true I've yet to try it, but I believe that there is a command if you get stuck and its /ref and it'll refresh the game, try that.

I think it is fine the way it is honestly. If you introduce that to members, then normal players will face longer queues, it is far easier to just make everyone go into a queue. I see where you are coming from with your point and have played games that have done the same, but I think the bonuses you get for $5 are worth the $5 regardless of any queue changes.
