I was going to shinnoh and as i'm talking to hannah i log out because i forgot to take items off poke's and then i log back in, i try to talk to her again and she vanish !!! i reinstaled the game and she still missing, plz help XD

Hi !! i figured out the problem sorry for slow reply , in my e mail my user name was in capital letters but at login menu had to be lowercase XD

Hi , i just cam back to the game , have not played for 11 months , i forgot my user name and pass but i found an old e mail with my account info, i got my username back and reset the password successfully , i can log to my account online but not in game :( , hope some one can help ty

i dont see my ip adresse

I did everything you just suggested and nothing happens, i notice in my scren shot where it say serevrs are active, my ip adress is not even there and i did not remove it or try to hide it with sumthing could that mean sumthing ?

thx for the help still nothing works, i have the 64 bit version , i confirmed my acc , the servers are up , fire wall is of ,what else am i missing here lol why is loggin in so much paian , my room mate can play it np , his pc is worst then mine . He made his acc on his phone then acitvated it then log wiht his pc and he can play, i dowload the 64 bit version , activate my acc , i log in to se if serevrs are up and they are, try to log on server, it say cant conect , no waiting no nothing it just say right away as soon i log in, cant conect to serevrs, i try blue server nothing happens

well im over this game, ty for helping me guess i will stick with pokemon mmo this game is to complicated to log in , i will come back one day when they game works properly.

i took a screen shot, i drag it in box here and then it just opens another window of that image in full screen ? i cant clcik sedn anywhere, is there another way ic an send it to you ?

Witch screen shot do you need , when it say cant log in ? im not sure withc one you need.

Yep i activated my acc , went to my e mail, the when game loads, it say map failed to load but all the rest is ok, the i type my usernam and pass then click on log and it say waiitng then cant log in to server :(
