Hi , i just cam back to the game , have not played for 11 months , i forgot my user name and pass but i found an old e mail with my account info, i got my username back and reset the password successfully , i can log to my account online but not in game :( , hope some one can help ty

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this inconvenience. What is the error message that displays when you try to log into the game? Also have you tried any of the steps from this post to help you troubleshoot your issue?

Hi !! i figured out the problem sorry for slow reply , in my e mail my user name was in capital letters but at login menu had to be lowercase XD
