When can you transfer my datas from gold to silver server?

Hi, I'm here to discuss about the transition between Hoenn and Sinnoh. It's really heartbreaking to find 6 NPCs in all of the 3 regions and having to use the pokèmons requested to challenge them. My suggestion is to simplify it. Which really boring and that, in my personal opinion, ruins the gameplay.. Putting max one NPC per region that requests not too rare pokèmons and at level 80? I really love pokèmon.. I adore it, but I'd like to say that it's really tiring, honestly it makes me want to stop playing...

I know and I'm tired. The problem is that I can't move Hitmonlee (Kanto region), he's locked in the 6 pokèmons of the team.

Hi, I can't move my first two pokèmons, they're like blocked. Could you help me to solve this issue? ( Hitmonlee lvl83 è Arcanine lvl46.) And I have another question, my second account whose name is Fitzgeraldh is actually in the gold server, can it be transfered in the silver one without losing the saves? My friends are in the silver one and I'd love to play with them. And I had changed my email some time ago, The information reaches me only in the previous e-mail.
