I have finished half the sinnoh story (5 badges so far) and thus far i keep having that map glitch. i see myself in the middle of the ocean. any possible fix please?

So title says it all! I know you normally need to beat Lance inside Dragons Den,but i've been playing this game since 2015(iirc,if not 2016 for sure) and i have done that quest back in the day. I lvled up a lot of different pokemon in there. Now for some reason im not allowed to enter the CC and there is a Dragonite blocking my path in Dragons Den b1f.

Hello there guyz, After i completed the Abbaddoned ship quest (to get Huntail) i got rewarded with Clampert,i went to the basement---> Storage Unit and picked up the Rain Dance, but for some reason i cant pick up the Deep Sea Tooth. There is a message coming up that Says " You have found a mossy blob, better leave it here!". Please,HALP!
