  1. PRO Username: MerliniX Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes On which server issue happened: BLUE What have you done before the problem was there? I was trying to level up a Magicarp in Mount Moon - I was not doing anything strange or atypical. What have you already tried to solve the problem? I tried logging in to both Red and Blue servers, on both servers It appears I have to restart my character. Description and Message I began playing PRO today for the first time. Things were going smoothly and after a few hours I found myself in Mt Moon, trying to level a Magicarp to evolve it. I was just inside the entrance to Mt Moon, and I spoke to an NPC and the game crashed. When I logged back in Professor Oak appeared on the screen with character creation options. I tried logging back out and into the other server in case account progression was locked to a single server, but it appears everything was erased on both servers. I know I was not very far into the game, so getting back to where I was should not be horribly difficult, but it is still frustrating, especially if I can't be sure it won't happen again. Any assistance with this issue would be great. Thanks, MerliniX
