it doesnt work man i have been relogging since last night but still not working

hey thanks for the quick replies but this occurred last night and its still the same i tried relogging a couple times and the alt tab doesnt work either :/

so I just started playing this game. and I was just walking around and exploring so i saw the gym and i wanted to walk in. it said " its empty here " "lets visit it another time " along these lines. After that i wanted to walk away from the gym but suddenly it started frame dropping and then i could not move anymore. The character still faces the direction i walk to but it wont move pls help.
