I went yesterday to love island, and after checking the island I went to trainers valley (Just yesterday I gathered my evolutions as well) so I think that's not the case.

I went to trainers valley, all was ok. Once I left I tried going again from saffron but didn't work, nor I had the option to go anywhere else except goldenrod What have you already tried to solve the problem? Tried to see if red was there to fight him on the summit, was not. Checked if I gave away any pokemon or smthing like that, still no. The game is very good, the admins are not. They give excuses such as "it's beta", "give it time" etc. when they should have fixed the server issues long time now, also I find it ironic that the game has so many problems and gm's/admin's focus on "don't spam your trades too often"

You forget the amount of money they take from donations exp boosts medalions and all the cosmetics.

If you say about NPC in mt.silver. You will need to wait cooldown before can beat again. The cooldown around 24 hours. Hope it can help you. I refer to the fight with jackson on 2nd floor. If I talk to him now, he says he is the johto champ technically.
