As mentioned by Dhevin, you cannot migrate your pokemon/ items from one server to the other, if you wish to play on the other server, you must start from scratch.

Unfortunately there is no other method of payment other than paypal. As others have mentioned, the alternative is to purchase it from other players using ingame currency. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am using Chrome to and I just tested it, it seems fine download wise. I understand you said it isn't coming from you, but have you tried restarting your router/moderm? Also try a different browser just to see if you get different results like internet explorer or firefox.

The Download client should be working what browser are you using? also make sure it's not being blocked.

Does your friend use an alternative email? It is best to use either a hotmail or a gmail account because you do get emails until you have validated it. Also make sure you type another name that you wish to use ingame because you cannot change names once you've created another account.
