For castform you need to battle a NPC in weather institute for its seen data . As for kyogre and groundon as of date there is no way to get their seen data this will be added in game soon and we will provide the way to get them.

The tree axe is for cutting (Used instead of HM Cut) , the pick axe is for smashing rocks (Used instead of TM Rock Smash), there is currently no coin shop item that is used instead of TM Dig and unfortunately we will not be able to exchange it for anything else.

Try closing the whole client and re-open it and then try logging in again, if that does not help delete your current client and download it again. Keep me updated here on what happens

Logging out then closing the client and open it again should solve it, we are working on a permanent solution for the stuck issue, be patient.

The cool down is 2 hours and then you can fight him again.

The server is just down due to the Admins looking for thr problem that's causing the players to get stuck, once it's solved the game should get back up. thanks

In the case of crashes and rollback unfortunately anything that you lost is not refundable, the best action here is to wait for the cool down time to finish. Good luck

Most of the players are getting stuck due to a small issue, it's being worked on as we speak.

Once you are in Hoenn you can trade immediately with others, they have to be Hoenn caught though.

The servers were down for a while due to server migration the reason for this was to have a more stable server, this now has been done and the game is up and running, good luck.
