I managed to figure it out, Thanks for the help!

Unfortunately the problem is still occurring, I deleted the files, redownloaded them and restarted the computer but the screen is still stuck on loading

I was playing on gold server left the game for a minute then tried to get back into the game and have been stuck trying to download patch for about 20 minutes since.
